Weather ?

WE do work in inclement weather, all though mother nature can hinder us. if there is snow, ice, rain downfalls not letting us work properly we will postpone that day, and resume until the next possible day.

what if my service falls on a holiday ?

           We observe these holidays.....

New years day, memorial day, 4th of July, labor day, thanksgiving, christmas eve, christmas day

if your scheduled day is on a holiday, we will notify you in advance for the work schedule .

what about my gate?

please have your gate unlocked on your service day(s) . If we are unable to get in due to lockout or your 4 legged family will not permit us to enter, we will have to bill you for the service call.

can I leave my dog outside?

we love all dogs and would love to have company as we work. if your dog is aggressive/protective of their territory they may not let us do our job properly, and we want to leave you completely satisfied. if this is so, we ask that you restrain or confine your dog...for the safety of all.

what do you do with the "doo" ?

after scooping up we will place it in your garbage receptacle or your designated area. we disinfect all our tools, shoes, hands, not to cross contaminate

what if i need to skip a service?

if for some reason, such as vacation, or just want to skip a service call, we can put your service on hold. please call us in advance.

what is the cost of this service ?

this goes by the number of pets and area to be covered,......see pricing link .
